DISCOVERING the ATOMS: Curious Questions . . . ?

It may surprise you to learn that scientists have discovered every different type of atom in the Universe! And they have named each one of them!


By now you might be wondering, “How many different types of atoms are there?” and “What are their names?” Maybe, if you’re really curious you might also be wondering, “If they are so unimaginably tiny, how did scientists discover them?” Eventually you might even ask, “How can scientists be sure that they have discovered every type of atom in the entire Universe?”
